Shaun Toomey is our Washington, DC metropolitan area representative. Having extensive knowledge of the NICU and PICU from experience gives him keen insight into the practitioners and the facilities they work at. It is personally important to him that the finest that the healthcare industry has to offer put their talents to work where they can do the most good.

Jeffrey Harris heads our Boston offices. He is  a seasoned recruiter and has expertise in labor negotiations including salary and benefits arrangements. Jeffrey’s goal in recruiting is to make a match that benefits both client and candiate. He brings a wealth of knoweledge to Monument on Executive Searches and has a deep knowledge and candidate base in Surgical Services .
