Shaun Toomey

 

Shaun is our Washington, DC area representative. He has extensive experience successfully placing C-Suite, VP, and Administrative level executives in acute care facilities, community health centers and in Market level positions. Relationship building and a keen sense for not only matching skills, but recognizing a cultural fit are the hallmarks of Shaun’s search philosophy. He brings 15 years of successful business experience to Monument Healthcare. As Regional Director for a national mortgage banking firm responsible for talent acquisition, business development and operations and as President of Synergy Mortgage, a regional mortgage brokerage firm, Shaun understands the importance of attracting the right leadership talent for key positions. Shaun resides in Washington, DC and is graduate of Boston University with a B.A in Economics

Jeff Harris

 
Jeffrey Harris heads our Boston offices. He is  a seasoned recruiter and has expertise in labor negotiations including compensation and benefits arrangements. Jeffrey’s goal in recruiting is to make a match that benefits both client and candidate. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Monument on Executive Searches and has a deep knowledge and candidate base in Finance, Operations and Innovation executives as well as Nursing leaders. Jeff is earned a B.A in Economics from Colby College in Waterville, ME and lives in Boston.
